We offer in-person and contactless pickup at our location in Reno, NV—making it easy to get your raw pet food at your convenience.
Pickup is available Monday thru Saturday, by appointment only.
Choose contactless for more flexibility: simply choose a 15 minute time slot near your arrival time, then pick up when it suits your schedule. We’ll place your order in one of our insulated pickup boxes so it’ll stay frozen for several hours.
Prefer to browse in person? No problem. You can also schedule a time to shop onsite—just like pickup, it's by appointment only. And yes, we accept cash!

Pickup or Shop In Person
Have questions or want to browse our full inventory before you buy? Schedule a quick appointment to shop in person at our Reno location. You’ll be able to hand-pick your items and pay on-site using cash, check, credit card, or Venmo. It's a great option if you prefer a more traditional shopping experience without placing an order in advance.
